Respond products are based on Microsoft technologies and are standards based. The functionality is deployed via thin-client (browser based), rich-client (installed client) or Citrix. Designed to be both interoperable and integrateable and built for performance, scalability and resilience, the products support Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle database platforms.
